Ingredients:

  • 2 x Thryve Burgers
  • 2 x Multi-Seed Burger Buns
  • Pickled red onions
  • Microgreens (amaranth, pea shoots, etc)
  • Vegan Mayonnaise

Directions

  • To air fry, set the temperature to 200°C. Sprinkle 2 Thryve Burgers with a little oil and place into the Air Fryer. Cook for 12 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
  • Slice and lightly toast your burger buns
  • Assemble your burger with vegan mayonnaise, pickled red onions, and microgreens
