Ingredients:

  • 2 x Thryve Chicken Burgers
  • 2 x Brioche Burger Buns
  • Pickled red cabbage
  • Thick cut pickle medallions
  • Vegan burger sauce

Directions

  • Preheat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Turn the heat down to low and add 2 Thryve Chicken Burgers. Cook for 18 minutes, turning occasionally
  • Slice and lightly toast your burger buns
  • Assemble your burger with vegan burger sauce, pickles, and pickled red cabbage.
