Plant-Based Kofta Platter

Ingredients:

  • 8 Thryve 100% Plant-Based Koftas
  • 1 cup pickled red onions
  • 2 cups pickled red cabbage
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley

Directions

  •  Preheat 1tsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add Thryve Koftas and place a lid onto the pan. Fry for 10 minutes, turning occasionally
  • Cut your lemon in half, and grill on medium heat until it turns golden
  • Assemble your platter by spreading an even mixture of the onion and cabbage
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and olives. Squeeze your grilled lemon & enjoy!
